Israeli Ambassador: We hope Azerbaijani private companies participating in space industry
“We hope to see Azerbaijani private companies participating in space industry”, Israeli ambassador to Azerbaijan George Deek.
He also stressed that Israel has wide experience in the field of cosmic technologies and is ready to cooperate with Azerbaijan in this field: “We have several companies that provide satellite service in the world. They provide service of telecommunication, satellite broadcasting, photo and mapping in the civil field, as well as in the security field. From this point of view, we can work together to increase Azerbaijan's capabilities in the field of space”.
George Deek added that Israeli Companies such as IAI and Rafael can cooperate with the private sector in Azerbaijan: “We are supporter of the cooperation both in G2G and B2G fields. We hope that Azerbaijani private companies will participate in the space industry. But it requires a bit time”.
